Something is happening in Kluang.

While attending the 2008 National Student Innovation Conference, five college students find themselves entangled in a mystery far bigger than their prototype design project. Trees are toppling for no reason. Power outages sweep across the town. And at night, strange lights beam from Mount Lambak.

Aiman, a smart but sceptical student journalist. Zara, the fearless one with quick reflexes. Liam, a half-mad tech genius. Nico, the laid-back smooth talker. Risa, the quiet observer who knows more than she lets on.

Their investigation leads them through hidden passages and into an abandoned lab that houses one of the nation’s most dangerous scientific experiments. But when one of them is captured, the mission becomes personal.

Time is running out. The town of Kluang stands on the brink of an energy disaster. And they have only seven days to stop it.
